Artist Statement

This series investigates our perception of the landscape as a permanent document through time. Each image is a composite of itself and another, slightly adjacent: the viewer is invited to reimagine and challenge their collective memory of a place. Much like the processes of geologic time, what is made, is unmade in the process of reconfiguring land and image.
